What is your role at SNC-Lavalin?

I am primarily responsible for attracting talent for our Infrastructure business. My role is to provide full lifecycle recruitment delivery, by working with the business to identify and define the resource requirements, and work with the team to establish the effective recruitment strategies to meet the requirement. We strive to provide the best candidate experience.

Tell us a little bit about your background?

I am passionate and innovative recruitment professional with 8 years of experience in all aspects of recruitment functions ranging from requirement gathering, stakeholder management, people development, process improvement, employee engagement. I am a people-person, which inspired me to get into recruitment. I have several years of experience in mentoring and leading teams. I’m more interested in finding my candidates a career, rather than just a job. I am always striving to learn new things and build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.

What is the best thing about your job?

Flexibility, people oriented team, and getting to talk to candidates and provide them with the best Atkins experience.
