What is your role at SNC-Lavalin?

I am specifically responsible for the talent attraction, selection & recruitment of the best talents for our Infrastructure business, including Building design, Building Services, Building Structures, Ground Engineering, Tunnelling & Creative Design.
I am also responsible for looking at diversity and inclusion initiative techniques for recruitment.
My key focus is Candidate Engagement, Candidate experience throughout the process from selection to onboarding, stakeholder management, Talent mapping across the regions & Vendor engagement etc. 

Tell us a little bit about your background?

I am experienced in recruiting top talents across Asia & currently hiring across UK market.
I have been a strategic and consultative partner to the client's Key Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and Suppliers with the responsibility of developing a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. I have also obtained the Talent management certification from XLRI.
