This business combines leading technology capabilities with inherently deep engineering knowledge of assets and strong domain expertise in asset management and operations. Through this combination of capabilities, we help reduce costs, control risks, and improve whole life asset performance of critical infrastructure and other assets that we and our clients operate.

Purpose of the Role:
The Asset Performance Management (APM) Leader will be responsible for defining, promoting and delivering our APM solutions as part of the broader Digital Asset Management and Operations (DAMO) group at SNC-Lavalin. Organizations invest in APM tools and technologies to reduce unplanned repair work, increase asset availability, minimize maintenance costs and reduce the risk of failure for critical assets.”

The ideal leader will combine expert knowledge of Asset Performance Management (including asset strategy and risk management, reliability centered maintenance, condition based maintenance, and predictive asset management, failure mode and effect analysis, etc), with basic knowledge of data analytics (including artificial intelligence, and machine learning).
