Assistant Administration Officer
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities including but not limited to facilities management, procurement of office supplies & equipment, business travel arrangements, courier arrangements and periodic reports preparation;
  • Perform general receptionist duties and back up team member as required;
  • Supervise tea ladies and monitor service vendors to ensure smooth operation;
  • Support ad hoc duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements:
  • University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year’s relevant working experience preferable gained in MNC or sizable company;
  • Hands-on experience in facilities managementand/or travel arrangement is imperative;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsive and well organized;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Short notice is highly preferred.
