Assistant Interior Designer

We are looking for a Junior / Graduate to join our busy team of Interior Designers. The candidate must be enthusiastic about design, interested in current design trends, highly motivated and be able to communicate their ideas effectively. The candidate must also have the ability to work well within a team, producing a high standard of work in a busy environment with ability to prioritise their own work. An interest in education and healthcare design would be advantageous.

Technical knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• REVIT

Desirable attributes and skills:
• Creative thinker
• Spatial planning
• Presentation
• Adobe CS Suite – In Design and Photoshop
• Knowledge of technical design detailing
• Building regulations and specifications
• Experience of site surveying
• NBS Building specification writing
• MS Excel /Word

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview.
