As Assistant Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for the day to day running of our operation, and a key point of contact for our clients and service providers.

 



The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Office Manager who will assist with the day to day management of the Branch and associated activities.

The Hours

This is a part time position at 24 hours per week.

Start Date
This position will start in January 2018.

The Person

With excellent organisational competencies, you will be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and assist in a variety of areas from accounting to project service activities.

You are a self-motivated individual and take personal responsibility in achieving the best from your team. You have good attention to detail, can manage your own workload and make judgements under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistant to the Branch Manager.
• Maintaining records related to operation of the Branch and activities of its employees.
• Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for Atkins projects.
• Reviewing branch reports related to payroll, social insurance, VAT, WHT, cooperate filings etc.
• Assisting with translation services, where required.
• Update project schedules and maintain project records.
• Responsible for arranging immigration requirements for Atkins business visitors, including business visas / temporary resident permits, secondment orders, hotel bookings etc.

Education: Bachelor degree.

Experience: Relevant professional experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Office programmes is required. Knowledge of accounting responsibilities, ASAN services and migration processes is preferred.

Language: Must be fluent in spoken and written, Azerbaijani, Russian and English language.

Nationality: This role is open to Azerbaijan nationals only.
