Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
-Under direction, organizes field observation and monitoring of contractors' substantial compliance with contracts so that project quality, cost control and established completion schedule are met by contractor. NOTE: Incumbents do not supervise any contractor activities and are not responsible for job site safety
-Performs non-manual field work that involves applying acquired knowledge and experience in the observation and monitoring of moderately complex construction contracts and the coordination of related activities
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field and four years related experience, OR Associate's degree, and twelve years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Without a degree, fourteen years related experience is require
-Good mathematical, communications, analytical, computer and organizational skills
