Our portfolio comprises a broad range of project types, including hospitality, office, commercial, transport, residential, retail and regeneration and civic projects. Ranging from small heritage buildings to massive complex mixed-use projects and large scale master plans.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the production drawings and specifications (presentation and working drawings). Coordination of concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction documents.
Be an effective member of an Architectural team under the guidance of a Senior Architect / Architect, and proactively work with colleagues to prepare excellent design presentation, production, tender and construction information, including drawings and images.
Report to the Senior Architect / Architect for all production work and to aim for excellence in design quality and documentation, and match or better Atkins QA standards.
To conduct yourself professionally at all times.
Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of your drawing work, quality, layout and notes by checking oneself before review by the Senior Architect / Architect, as well as the coordination of drawings amongst the team and other disciplines.
To alert the Senior Architect / Architect when elements of the design or details are not working and offer solutions to these.
To show commitment to raising Atkins design standards.
To keep abreast of the latest software enhancements to increase productivity and to share this knowledge with ones colleagues.

Qualification/Requirements

Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate or above in Architectural Study. Min 2 years relevant experience on BIM project.
Have experience with HK BD drawing standards and BD codes and regulations.
Knowledge of the following software is imperative: AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation, as well as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good English skills preferable.
