Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Lake City, FL Highway Group as a Bridge Documents Manager.

Major Function/Role:
Provides full clerical support to team of professionals and managers. May function as a receptionist for department or office and be responsible for collecting, sorting and distributing mail to department or office personnel.

Job Duties:
Applies skills to somewhat varied tasks. At this level, the assistant usually performs admin support and clerical duties requiring follow-up and coordination.



Education and Experience:
High school diploma (or equivalent) plus three years related experience OR an Associates Degree in a related administrative field plus one year related experience is required.

Special Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills, good command of English grammar and spelling. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook and Excel or equivalent).

Additional Requirements:
Scan and attribute documents in electronic documents management system. File and organize bridge files and construction plans. Perform self QC
