Faithful+Gould are currently looking for an experienced Buildings Manager to form part of the Programme Management Team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Requirement:
  • Architect with 15 + years’ experience
  • Most likely a Director or Assoc Director in a regional consultancy
  • Heavily experienced in Residential project work – villas, town homes, etc.
  • KSA, UAE experience mandatory – ideally coming from the recent downturn in Abu Dhabi.
  • Exposure to modular building types
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset, a developer mentality, not a precious designer type
  • Able to integrate into a PMO mentality, looking at design standards, prototypes, etc without getting pulled into details.
