Atkins Global Design Centre (GDC) Transportation Business is looking to appoint resources to support the delivery of complex civil engineering and multidisciplinary designs across a range of major projects.

These positions will be based out of Bangalore or Gurgaon where we have thriving Atkins offices, which deliver to all Atkins regions across the world. Our portfolio of work continues to grow and we will offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply knowledge, experience and problem solving skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to develop CAD/BIM 3D Models / 2D Drawings to the standards & codes
  • Should be able to produce medium to complex 3D modelling for bridges & Rail structures including 3D / 2D RC detailing
  • Should be able to review deliverable including Rail civils, Resignalling civils, Setting out details, Typical Cross Sections, Standard details etc.
  • Should have strong written & verbal communication in English
  • Experience of working in Common Data Environment (CDE) like ProjectWise

 Mandatory Requirements:

  • Diploma/Engineering in Civil Engineering
  • 5 to 12 years in consultancy business
  • Sound knowledge in AecoSim or MicroStation and AutoCAD.


Desirable Requirements:

    • Experience in Bentley Navigator is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of programming such as MDL, AutoLISP or simila
    • Experience in Pro-Concrete would be an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of British (UK) Standards
