Due to our continuing expansion we now require an experienced Site Civil Inspector to work on a variety of construction projects.


Working in a multidiscipline team of designers and engineers providing a comprehensive service  to our  clients,  this  is  a  great  opportunity  to  gain  experience  within  an internationally renowned consultant, affording the opportunity to work on large and small scale multidiscipline projects, in the UAE and potentially the rest of the Middle East region.


Civil related degree

Minimum 10 years related experience

Good command of English (written and verbal)



Review all construction documents and highlight any design and contractual discrepancies  with the concerned SREIRE.
Ensure that all statutory authority NOC's I permits I design approvals are available on site for construction.
Extend  the  maximum  possible  effort  to  avoid  contractor(s)  claims  cost  and/or delay.
Conduct  regular  (daily)  site  visits  and  supervise,  verify  the  installation   of  civil  I
structural I architectural works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
Review and forward   any comments   on the contractor’s   method   statement   for installation, execution of the works.
Review and forward any comments on the contractor's technical submittals.
Attend  site  technical  coordination  meetings  to discuss  contractor  (s)  submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters
Raise  non-conformance   notices   (NCNs)reports;   site  inspections   notices   (SINs)
identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the SRE/RE.
Review the corrective  actions proposed  by the contractor, respond I follow  ups and close out procedure
Any potential  safety  concerns  identified  at site  shall be  reported  to site  SHSEE  I
Monitor  the  progress  of  the  work  against  the  approved  contractor  programme   of works.
Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s ”As-Built" drawings reflecting in details the as­
built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings.
Assist in the review and approve the contractor's operations & maintenance manuals. Liaise with the Statutory Authorities and follow up all final inspection and approvals as
Carry out the final inspection for certification  of final completion  and handing over of the works.


Functional Duties:

Assume responsibility of inspection for civil/ structural/ architectural works in the project.

Monitor performance of the contractor I sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality I workmanship concerns with the SQE I SREIAE.

Review quality procedures and effectively implement QA/QC plans across the project. Identify any particular site safety issues and bring to  the notice  of the contractor  I

SHSEE I SAEJRE.        .


Carry out, witness all tests carried out by the contractor on-site and

Off-site tests, Inspect the works, on-site material, off-site material to be used in the project.
