Construction Document Control Manager

Responsibilities
Act as Owner’s Representative with primary responsibility for all phases of Document Controls.
- Assist project managers in the preparation of change orders, notices to proceed, requests for quotation, and other general correspondence;
- Assist project manager in the processing of payment requests, change orders, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs);
-Assist project manager with meeting minutes, project status update entries, and payment, change order, RFI, and submittal logs;
-Establish and maintain a project document filing system in accordance with procedures;
-Prepare reports in accordance with procedures and forms;
-Manage all documents for all projects
-Enter and track following documents Submittals, RFI's, pending change order, change orders, and invoices that were reviewed and/or prepared by Cost Control Manager and Project Managers;

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
-five years relevant experience or 10 years of relevant experience.
-P. E certification desired.
-MLS preferred
-Highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities.
-Ability to navigate Web-based construction management software (often provided by the client).
-Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
