Contract Administration Manager
Our Nebraska team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 7 years of related experience on large construction projects we would like to connect with you. This role will work with procurement and legal teams to draft contracts, change orders, and closeout documents. In preconstruction stage you will work with design teams to manage scope and budget. Desirable qualifications include experience with aviation projects, programs >$50M, and working alongside clients in a site based Project Management Office. This is a full time Faithful+Gould position with robust benefits. We seek the individual who has long term career aspirations with us. This position will be located in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities
-Manage pre- and post-award contract management,
-Develop contract management policy and procedure,
-Prepare information regarding contracts status, compliance, deviation, negotiation, and closeout,
-Review and approve agreements for conformance to program requirements,
-Manage task order/contract change process,
-Review proposals and contract modifications for completeness, compliance and accuracy,
-Advise on matters of contract interpretation, and compliance, and
-Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements
-Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
-Seven years relevant experience
-Supported, one or more aviation programs in the past ten years
-Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
-Construction administration experience in the aviation industry, with large projects preferred
