Corporate Real Estate - Support / Program Manager (Mumbai)

We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India, to provide expertise services to our client an International Financial Investment Company. 


Responsibilities
  • Management of regional program including design, budget, schedule and expectations related to quality and fulfilment of business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of preliminary capital cost estimate and project timeline.
  • Support the site selection process including due diligence, and development of the business case.
  • Provide supervision over local project managers to ensure the design and construction services comply with the program scope, criteria and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that global project and document controls are followed and make recommendations to adapt regionally.
  • Assemble and coordinate internal and external project teams including the due diligence on vendors and the RFP award process.
  • Coordinate all project related meetings and chair those focused on regional performance.
  • Establish an effective communications plan between stakeholders and the business ensuring clear and consistent messages are delivered.
  • Manage the preparation of monthly reports to the business on overall performance of the program as it relates to cost, risk, health and metrics.
  • Support change management activities.
  • Identify, assess and respond to events impacting program.
  • Identify economies of scale within the region.
  • Coordinate and prioritize resource requirement
  • Support training & development activities.
Requirements
 
  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.
  • Any Diploma / PG qualification relevant to the position would be an added criteria. 
  • 11 to 15 years’ experience, need to be from corporate real estate background, who has handled fit outs as program manager.
  • Travel between the project locations would be required at time.
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels will be a prerequisite for the position
  • Should be pro-active and enthusiastic in all aspects related to project
  • Need to be a good point of contact between Client and F+G Project Manager/Directors
