Corporate Recruiter
Our Minneapolis Team is growing! We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter whose primary focus is actively recruiting for a diversity of positions across a wide variety of locations within the United States, This is a full cycle position which includes close communication with the candidate and hiring manager throughout the entirety of the recruitment process. This role is also responsible for maintaining pipelines of candidates for ongoing needs or upcoming projects. This key contributor will be located at our Corporate Office in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities
-Communicate with hiring managers in the company regarding recruitment needs, key personnel, overall perspective on future direction, and senior management needs and priorities both immediately and for the future for assigned area of responsibility.
-Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned area of responsibility, including senior operating leadership and HR staff.
-Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions, from entry-level through leadership.
-Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and sales skills while continuously innovating with new ways to attract talent.
-Consult with hiring managers on job postings, talent market information, local hiring trends and proven recruiting best practices for the area.
-Manage candidate information, reporting and communications in applicant tracking system.
-Build strong relationships up and down the organization, establishing credibility as a trusted partner.
-Maintain relationships and network with qualified candidates, building a pipeline for future hiring needs.
-Serve as subject matter expert on the roles you support; able to effectively explain the roles to candidates.
-Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment service delivery model.
-Support reporting needs and activities, providing metrics and feedback as requested

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with increasing responsibility, filling a broad range of positions and supporting multiple departments/functions; experience supporting corporate shared services preferred
-Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences and personalities
-Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor, leveraging a strong business acumen; with a deep desire to succeed for the client
-Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
-Recognized as results-focus, self-directed and team-oriented
-Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
-Experience in varied and effective candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
-Experience with applicant tracking systems, Taleo preferred
-Combination of agency and in-house experience preferred
