Cost Engineer

Responsibilities
-Provides cost management services including invoice validation, cost forecasting and reporting, change management, close out administration, procurement management, earned value and value engineering
-Work involves conventional practice but may include a variety of complex features
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
-5 plus years of relevant experience
-Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities.
-Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
-Must be a member of RICS or AACE or another relevant professional body
