Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Miami, FL Project Controls Group as a Cost Estimator.

MAJOR FUNCTION/ROLE:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline plus three years' relevant experience, or two years' experience since Master's degree.

Candidate is required to have experience in commercial and institutional projects as well as knowledge of CSI Divisions, quantity take offs, pricing, and assembling cost estimates.  Candidate needs to be familiar with RS Means cost database and  other cost databases.  

Experience preparing estimates using  Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a plus!
