Job Scope

Our Middle East offices include the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait.   As a provider of multi-disciplinary technical services to the built environment Atkins in the Middle East is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice. 

The candidate should be a confident and capable designer with good sketchup, AutoCAD and REVIT skills. The Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in the Middle East. LEED/ Estidama qualification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Front end design work and building planning
• To assist with the production of Concept, Preliminary and Detail Design documentation 
• Supervise the work of external 3D Visualisers 
• Produce 3D Images
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Assist with bid proposals and presentations
• Preparing applications for planning and building control departments
• Assisting with the preparation of tender documents for contracts
• Site Inspections 
• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
