Responsibilities
-Assist project managers in the preparation of change orders, notices to proceed, requests for quotation, and other general correspondence.
Assist project manager in the processing of payment requests, change orders, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
-Assist project manager with meeting minutes, project status update entries, and payment, change order, RFI, and submittal logs;
-Establish and maintain a project document filing system in accordance with procedures.
-Prepare reports in accordance with procedures and forms;
-Manage all documents for all projects.
-Enter and track following documents Submittals, RFI's, pending change order, change orders, and invoices that were reviewed and/or prepared by Cost Control Manager and Project Managers,
-Maintains all logs.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree plus four years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree with six years of relevant experience. Without a degree, eight years of document control experience. Previous experience managing aDocument Control effort on a large-scale
-Experience with large-scale document control software is required; Prolog and/or Documentum highly desirable.
-Demonstrated experience with routine document control hardware and software, such as scanners and optical character recognition
