Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a MS Word specialist with excellent administrative skills to join our Creative Design team in Warrington. You will be part of our national team who offer a comprehensive service to clients, ensuring project delivery is of the highest standard of technical output.

 

Your MS Word skills will include formatting large technical documents, creating templates, incorporating bespoke graphics and working to company brand guidelines for a variety of projects. You will be a real team player, working with our talented designers and technical specialists and enjoying the buzz of a dynamic working environment. You will be confident working directly with clients and able to communicate clearly to ensure the best outcome.

 

As part of your role you will be required to support our business operations so it is essential that you possess strong administrative skills. You will have a flexible approach to working and be proactive to support our business whenever required.



Requirements
• Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of MS Word (knowledge of Visual Basic would be advantageous)
• Attention to detail and the highest standards of technical output
• Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Passionate, driven and keen to be involved in our Creative Design vision
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a flexible and proactive approach to working
• Confident when communicating with clients and colleagues
• Friendly, adaptable and a real team player

About Creative Design
Creative Design is not your typical in-house team. We are a proactive and creative team of 60 designers, developers, visualisers, filmmakers and immersive media specialists, integrated into the heart of Atkins.

Our expertise spans a range of creative disciplines, from traditional identity design to virtual reality and interactive platforms. We work collaboratively with Atkins’ teams and external clients, to get to the heart of a problem, adding value and innovation to every project.

Our design principles underpin everything we do. We’re problem solvers who are excited by working together to find a solution. We create bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, make information more accessible and add value to projects. We create and implement viable concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies. We invest in innovation and focus on upcoming technologies.
