EHS Administrative Assistant
Our Oregon Team is team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least four years in an Administrative Position, preferably in a Manufacturing and/or Construction environment, we would like to connect with you. This role assists in the administration and execution of the environmental, health, and safety program. This in an internal full time Faithful+Gould Position that comes with robust benefits. The role is based at a client project site in Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities
• Create tracking system for all EHS required deliverables and indicators
• Roll up and analyze indicator data monthly.
• Monitor performance rates for each project and each trade partner.
• Ensure hours for all trades on project and input into database
• Attend all incident reviews and take minutes/complete incident investigation forms. Follow up till closure.
• Enter all incident/injuries into portal – injury database entry
• Support monthly PPT slides, based on standing agenda topics (including data trending and analysis)
• Coordinate applicable trainings and meetings as required
• Provide awareness or other trainings as required (e.g., OSHA 10, F5, Scaffolding, etc)
• Assist in setting up, and participate in EHS Leadership walks
• Participate in trade partner go/no gos in gathering required deliverables prior to work start
• Coordinate recognition events when project milestones are attained during construction safety week.
• Document and communicate site EHS leads meeting/GC EHS managers meeting
• Close EHS audit findings in EHS portal
• Create monthly documentation audit plan per minimum performance requirements and process and procedures manual.
• Provide monthly project indicators to program managers
• Ensure project recycling data is provided to environmental team

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field experience
• Four years relevant experience in administrative support
• Previous experience in environmental, health, and safety program preferred
• Excellent utilization of Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated skills in excellent written and interpersonal communications
