Why not...

It's about the experience.

The airplane became the first World Wide Web, bringing people, languages, ideas, and values together.
Bill Gates
The same can be said of the airports in which they land. Because no matter what happens between here, there and everywhere, it’s about the experience.

It’s our job to understand the pressures and challenges that airlines and airports face.

Passenger experience–Passengers’ travel habits are changing, along with security procedures. Passengers need to feel they’re valued and not shepherded through a process. Airports and airlines need to update aging facilities to provide access to technology, i.e., wireless access, charging areas, increased amenities post-security, and improve wayfinding for smoother passenger flow. The ability to create spaces and systems that are functional, easy to use and pleasing to passengers is essential.

Technology–As technologies evolve, airports are constantly making changes to security systems, baggage handling, and ticketing systems. We’re on top of the latest technologies, and their impact on existing infrastructure, i.e. power, cooling, structure.

Sustainability–Airports are increasingly striving to be “green” in construction and operations. We understand how designs can impact “green” operations.

A combination of left and right-brain thinking drives our holistic approach.

From strategic planning through to concept and detailed design, our portfolio features marquis projects at significant airports in the U.S. and around the world. We’re known for architectural design excellence on projects which are also highly functional and maintainable, and successfully integrate complex infrastructure. Our portfolio includes LEED® certified projects, an increasing focus at airports world-wide. We’re recognized for leading-edge use of BIM technology.

Successful and compelling aviation architecture balances efficient, secure, and safe airport operations with an excellent passenger experience, sustainability, and revenue generation. Our architects and engineers are passionately committed to providing creative, functional, and efficient designs.

Making a positive impact on the built and natural environment takes more than just skill - it takes heart. If you put your heart into everything you do, come join our team.
