FCA/PCA Technical Director

Come grow our Chicago Office! We are seeking an experienced technical and business development professional to grow our Chicago based Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and equity Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services. As an international construction consultancy with established FCA and PCA service line, we offer support and expertise to succeed. This Senior Leader will partner closely with directors of the FCA / PCA services line to define, grow and manage related service offerings within the greater Chicago market. We offer the structure, stability and finances of a large corporation while also having the culture of autonomy, collaboration and entrepreneurism to succeed.

Responsibilities

Working with senior management, develop business and growth plans for Chicago operations

Identify, solicit and close on new clients

Manage service P&L

Grow footprint within existing condition assessment or other service clients

Manage awarded work

Manage assessment teams

 Requirements

-Bachelor's degree

-At least 10 years of experience with at least three in a senior operating management position.

-Proven ability to grow businesses / service offerings in the Chicago market.
-Experience and relationships in the Chicago market.
-Experience in hands on completion and management of FCA/PCA work.

-Proven ability to manage large scope operations and provide leadership to multiple levels of management.

- Must have business vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the firm effectively to staff, clients, and the community in general.
