Primary Function:
Responsible for financial reporting and analysis

Typical Duties:

• Reporting and analysis of data related to financial transactions of the business
• Submission of supplemental reporting data
• Creation of allocations
• Maintenance of general ledger in ERP system.
• Assist with both internal and external audit processes
• Actively involved in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Preparing and recording journal entries
• Provide monthly balance sheet reconciliations as required.
• Perform duties in accordance with generally accepted accounting policies and procedures; maintain documentation of assigned processes and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate and provide various financial schedules/analyses as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

• BA with concentration in Business-related field or AA with equivalent experience.
• A strong knowledge of financial policies
• Advanced Excel.
• Strong work ethic.
• Resourceful and detailed-oriented; skilled problem solver and multi-tasker
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with others.

Working Conditions:

The duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office environment. The position generally involves: light to moderate lifting; light carrying; frequent bending and reaching; keyboarding and telephone operation.The environmental conditions generally include ambient inside temperature, lighting and noise levels.
