Due to business growth we are looking for a Forensic Planner to join our Planning Function in our Stockton-On-Tees Office.  Reporting to the Associate Director within the team, this is a newly established role and an exciting opportunity to join a business who have a varied portfolio of clients and projects, both nationally and internationally, with a strong reputation for delivering high quality cost planning services. The individual would play a key role in further developing our forensic planning capabilities with our existing clients as well as broadening our services.

• Communicate directly with clients;
• Promote work winning;

• Capable of providing training to our clients;
• Work and develop with existing planning team;
• Determine and carry out required assessments of delay;
• Advise clients on any associated risks with the assessments of delay;
• Provide contractual advise related to planning;
• Provide an industry standard.


Key capabilities:
• Knowledge of NEC3, FIDIC, ICHEME, JCT forms of contracts;
• Dispute resolution;
• Alternative dispute resolution;
• Preferably expert appointments;
• Proficient in all planning software’s.


This role has excellent prospects for an individual who has an ambition to progress, proactive and enjoys working both autonomously and within a team. As well as technical competence, we are looking for someone with the ability to think laterally, who possesses first class communication skills, has strong commercial awareness, and will provide an excellent service to our Clients.
