Global Consulting Leader, Digital Asset Management and Operations

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities
• Contribute to the DAMO Strategy
• Support the sale of DAMO consulting and technology projects globally and across industries.
• Support the delivery of DAMO projects sold externally, as well as the delivery of internal projects.
• Present self and SNC-Lavalin as a DAMO though leader through writing, speaking, and participation in industry groups.
• Help to develop new DAMO products and services that can be repeated at scale
• Work with DAMO team (central and in different business units across SNC-Lavalin) to achieve these objectives, and to develop the next generation of thought leaders in this area.
• Communicate progress, challenges and corrective actions required to achieve goals.

Experience Required
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in business and technical leadership related to DAMO
• Recognized expert at a national level
• Experience in a consulting or systems integration business, with a joint sell and deliver model.
• Experience selling projects in excess of £1M
• Experience delivering projects in excess of £1M
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written. Ability to explain highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate at all levels, and work and lead across a highly complex and matrixed organization.
• Experience with Industry standards (e.g. ISO55000)

Desirable Technical Experiences
• Recognized DAMO expert at a international level
• Chartership and membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g. IAM)
• Experience working in a fast pace technology environment that utilise design thinking, lean start up and agile delivery approaches
