The HR Centre is accountable for delivering consistent, high quality, and efficient centralized services to Employees, Managers & Senior Human Resources Advisors & ManagersThe Atkins Resourcing Centre of Expertise has a vacancy for a HR Analyst to support Middle East & Africa Region. 

The role will provide an opportunity to work with a range of Atkins’ businesses and will be focused on supporting either MEA New Hires Team, Life Cycle Management Team or the Leavers (Exit Management Team)

Working within this function, your primary Roles & Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Additional areas of functional expertise may include Employee Separation (Voluntary or Redundancy), Employment Letters, Salary Increase Letters, HR Program Support (Employee Data Management) & Reports
  • Applies high level knowledge of functional areas of HR processes and programs to respond to Ask HR cases in a consistent and systematic manner
  • Provides resolutions to a wide range of problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices
  • To work cross functionally to resolve inquiries
  • Updates relevant HR System (Oracle) to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data entry
  • Ensures compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations, and audit requirements
  • Participates in and may drive process improvement initiatives for functional area of expertise
  • To produce Scheduled or Adhoc Reports to meet stakeholder requirements as on need basis

Experienced Required: 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent
