Working as part of the HR Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating Workday HRMS system
• Working knowledge of any ticketing tool, Experience on Service Now is preferred
• Good to have experience and knowledge of Oracle HRMS
• Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with Indian labor laws
• Producing standard correspondence/reports to employees & external parties
• Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues
• Working closely with the HR Ops,HR Partners, facilities, payroll and finance departments
• Proactively contributing to improvements within the department
• Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader

Requirements

• Atleast 2 yrs of experience in Workday Systems
• Atleast 2-3 yrs of managing HR Operations (Backend) using a CRM or Ticketing system (preferably Service Now/Sales Force)
• Understanding of Overall Hire to Retire Process (preferably India/APAC Region)
• Advanced excel skills which includes developing excel reports; pivot tables and mail merge
• Understanding of Payroll Elements (India Region).
• Exposure to Transition; Project Migration; Process Documentation

• Experience, preferably in a Shared Services function

• Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload

• Potential to develop as the team grows

• Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
