Our portfolio comprises a broad range of project types, including hospitality, office, commercial, transport, residential, retail and regeneration and civic projects. Ranging from small heritage buildings to massive complex mixed-use projects and large scale master plans.



This role holder (HR Lead) is a key member of the Southeast Asia HR team based out of Singapore. This role reports to Head of HR – Southeast Asia.
 
The role holder will demonstrate high level of business acumen and provide HR support to enable smooth operations and continuous talent evolution of the business that s/he will contribute to. This role holder will also be involved in new country set up activities and act as policy custodian as we expand in the region. This position will focus on employee engagement, HR service delivery, change management and business partnering as key deliverables.
 
This person will also be focusing on Reward and Learning & Development functions for Southeast Asia region.
 
 
 
 
Detailed responsibilities:
 
As the HR business partner for a couple of business lines, you will take a leading role in supporting the realisation of business goals and ensure that people priorities for the year are met. You will also be responsible for the following:
  • Ensure excellent HR service delivery to senior stakeholders in the business and implement HR processes in a smooth manner.
  • Manage HR operations for your business lines that are operating in Southeast Asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka
  • Work with the HR leadership team in setting up HR policies and processes for any new country where operations may be set up in the future.
  • Ensure compliance and governance is achieved without any compromise while managing new / emerging countries in the region.
  • Manage the Learning & Development function for Southeast Asia (including Singapore), shaping the training plans in the region and also managing L&D operations end to end.
  • Shape and implement actions arising out of the annual employee engagement survey and other employee feedback.
  • Coach and support line managers as required; handle employee queries and grievances as they arise.
  • Manage Reward processes in region including salary reviews, bonus administration and participate in reward surveys
  • Ensure that appropriate KPIs are met and management information is in place for reporting; work with others in the HR team and prepare management reports as necessary. 
 
 
Candidate Profile
 
Experience
 
The role holder will have a masters’ degree in Human Resources management from a reputed institute or university. The person will have 6-10 years of working experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a business partnering role.
 
The person should have well rounded exposure to handling roles or projects in Reward and Learning & development. While in-depth specialist knowledge is not an expectation, sound understanding of the functions will be required.
