In order to achieve this, F+G actively seeks to employ staff who possess both contracting and management skills which enables them to understand the entire delivery process from site acquisition through to feasibility, design, construction, handover and occupancy phases. Our end-to-end project delivery solution is focused on best maximizing project outcomes while minimizing project risk for our Clients.

Our India Operations is currently looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to join in the PMC team at Navi Mumbai working on a high end Show Room Construction of a Furniture Conglomerate.

Role and requirements:

Relevant experience of 7-8 years.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail project.
Bachelor in Science/ BE in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil
One HSE Diploma from any recognized institution through a full time course.
Must have experience working in civil/structural construction project.
Working in a PMC team desirable.
Excellent communication skills as it is a perquisite for the position.

Responsibilities:

Functional report to the Project HSE Manager.
Knowledge of reporting, risk analysis, inspection and observation, planning and preparation, toll box training, Induction, job specific training, safe work methodology, competency certification check, evacuation and emergency planning, First Aid etc. must be strong.
Knowledge of Local regulation and international standards like OSHA, ISO is must.
Competency of HSE audit, preparation for meetings and leading the contractor HSE team is must.
