HVAC Specialist

• Provide technical assistance as subject matter experts on Construction site activities
• Provide technical assistance in project management, procurement, design, construction of a research laboratory or high rise facility
• Supervise Equipment and Material procurement involved in yard operations
• Plans and provides work direction, as required, for the preparation of Planning and Scheduling Control Systems to provide Engineering and Construction supervisors the means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution
• Analyse Major Capital Projects to plan the most effective execution sequence
• Evaluate the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams or Contractors, and advise Management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impacts to the project
• HVAC Specialist responsible for ensuring the timely production, delivery and overall quality and accuracy of all mechanical (HVAC) design output including drawings, specifications, designs and equipment selection. 
• Responsible for ensuring all designs are safe, economical and reliable and complies with all applicable standards and regulations during construction.

• Regular interactions with Project Manager/ Project Controls Manager
• Engineering disciplines, Quality and Procurement Functions

• Has high visibility to Saudi Aramco stakeholders
• Able to work within a defined role with limited supervision. 
• Exercises judgment in making decisions; know when to seek advice.
