We are currently recruiting for an experienced International Assignment leader to join our team to lead the implementation of a technology solution and the associated transformation of our international assignment operations on a worldwide basis.
To lead the project to implement a technology solution to manage our international assignment activities globally. Proposed phases below (still to be determined with input from supplier):
- Phase 1 – base data feeds, assignment tracking, global compensation tracking and accumulation, payroll and tax reporting, assignment cost build ups.
- Phase 2 – International assignment operations – processes, workflows, assignment documentation, manager/assignee self-service, documentation storage, balance sheet calculations
- Phase 3 – Assignment expense management
To lead process and workflow standardisation for our global mobility operations, via the implementation of the technology and international assignment teams based in geographies
To support the Group Reward Director to develop the infrastructure and governance required to manage Atkins international assignment framework.
Key experience required:
Implementation and operational experience of International assignment technology solution.
Specific experience of global compensation accumulation, benefits, expenses, payroll instructions and yearend tax reporting for expats
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge (ideally from a Big4 background) alongside significant in-house global mobility experience within a global MNC.
