Invoicing Specialist

Atkins has been providing infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, urban planning, architecture, and program management services to public and private clients across the United States for more than 50 years.

Atkins seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Orlando, FL office as an Invoicing Specialist.

Major Function/Role

• Prepares, generates, reconciles, and maintains necessary back-up and documentation for invoices.

Job Duties

• Relatively standardized invoicing tasks, processes and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School plus four years related experience, or Associates Degree in accounting plus two years related experience.

Special Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required to interact effectively with project managers and others, as appropriate.
