An opportunity has opened in a busy training centre for a school/college leaver ideally with some work experience, this is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience and add to their CV. The ideal candidate will have at least a C GCSE in English and Maths and will be motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and competent and have common sense to ask questions. Full training will be given to the Junior Administrator

The role for the Junior Administrator will include:
• Data entry
• Post control
• Photocopying
• Filling
• Responding to clients emails and dealing with any queries they may have
• Telephone queries
• Preparation of meeting rooms
• Supporting the Training Coordinators with administration
• Scanning documents onto an in house system
• Maintaining Office supplies
• Keeping stores organised and tidy

Skills needed for this job role:

• Great organisational skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Flexible approach, willing to take on ad hoc tasks/projects as required.
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office)
• Willingness to learn & apply knowledge to become more efficient
• Able to work as part of a team
