SNC-Lavalin Atkins business seeks an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Ft. Lauderdale, Florida as a Landscape Architect

MAJOR FUNCTION/ROLE

Under supervision, performs a variety of basic technical tasks to assist technicians, engineers, architects, planners, surveyors or scientists working in transportation, development, environmental, land surveying or other technical services of the company.

Note: This classification is used for college students who are enrolled in a related technical Bachelor's degree program at a Freshman or Sophomore academic level, or Associate's degree program, and are hired for temporary work during their summer or other school break.

JOB DUTIES

Performs basic technical support assignments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. Minimal experience is required of incumbents with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; no experience required with MLA.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Good interpersonal skills; technical writing and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including basic CAD experience are required
