Lead Turnaround Scheduler
Our team is growing at our Premier Client Site in Martinez, California! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 8 years of experience as a Turnaround  Scheduler, we would like to connect with you. We are looking for specific experience preparing and updating bar chart or critical path method (CPM) schedules as well as Turnaround experience. 
This position is approved for relocation for an exceptional candidate.

Responsibilities

-Deliver the Turnaround Common Process milestones with successful on time completion related to scheduling activities.

-Accurate delivery of resource loaded schedules and reports to the TAR Teams, Operations and all levels of site leadership

-Creating TAR schedules per the Turnaround Scheduling Guideline.

-Ensuring schedule consistency across all TAR schedules per the Turnaround Scheduling Guideline.

-Leading TAR Optimization Meetings with TAR Execution Team, Operations, Inspection and Contractors

-Producing S-Curves, Earned Value Date, and Critical Path Analysis daily for Performance Meetings.

-Providing technical schedule advice to aid TAR Teams and site Leadership Team in their decision-making processes.

-Producing schedule look-a-heads for each shift

-Updating progress each shift.

-Capturing lessons learned in the final close-out report.

 

Candidate Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field

-Minimum 8 years Oil and Gas Turnaround Scheduling experience

-Minimum 10 years scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or later versions.

-Knowledge of schedule leveling by resource, priority, critical equipment, etc required

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).

-Must have strong communication skills and works well within a team environment.

-Knowledge of turnaround methodology

-Detailed knowledge of planning

-Work control, monitoring and measurement systems

-Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

-Certification with AACE, PMI or CMAA is preferred.
