We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our London and South East Team. Based in our London office this role will support the Marketing team, reporting to our Senior Marketing and Events Manager. It is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and develop in the b2b marketing environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad variety of activities, supporting staff across the region. Two key elements of the role will be assisting with events and supporting the Bid Manager. In addition the role will involve internal marketing communications, support in the development of marketing collateral and supporting our key account management activities. Strong communication and project management/organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:


• Support the Senior Marketing and Events Manager to research, organise and run events, exhibitions and seminars
• Support the Bid Manager in the preparation of bid documentation such as pre-qualification and tender documents, presentation material and standard information where required
• Collect and keep up-to-date experience, client references and testimonials
• Support with researching and writing news and internal publication articles
• Aid in the creation of new marketing material
• Internal communications activity as required, including input to quarterly newsletter and notice boards
• Track and collate CSR activity
• Assist in responding to ad-hoc marketing queries and requests for information
• Support CRM activity in the region
• Contribute to the promotion of the Faithful+Gould brand your own personal branding at internal and external events, as well as via our online corporate social media platforms



Requirements:

• A qualification and/or degree (or equivalent) in a marketing related discipline (desirable)
• A Levels or GNVQ equivalent
• Previous experience within a professional services or consultancy environment is desirable
• Strong computer literacy, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook packages and ideally indesign but training will be provided if not
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the confidence and ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work with a variety of people, across all levels of seniority
• Understanding and interest in marketing communications and social media
• Excellent team working skills
• Brand awareness
