MEPF Finishes Coordinator (PMC) - Navi Mumbai

Requirements
  • Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Public Health Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Construction Industry.
  • Professional membership, if any would be considered additional qualification, but not mandatory
  • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large show room and/or commercial projects encompassing  high side and Low side MEPF works.
  • This position requires all round professional ability and self-motivation. You will be required to perform duties diligently to the quality standards set by the Client and be committed to their implementation and continuous improvement at all times.
  • Establish a system to ensure collaborative problem solving with the site delivery team, which will involve regular dialogue with contractors, team working and risk – sharing.
  • Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
  1. Responsibilities
  • Supervision of  MEPF installation and its finishing works in the assigned project/s
  • To read construction drawings and accordingly supervise the works executed by the contractors at site
  • Coordinates program activities to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc..
  • Coordinates with onsite contractors engineers to ensure the MEPF installation works are as per the approved method statement, technical data sheets, approved samples and mock ups
  • Closely coordinate with Civil coordinator team member for onsite activities involving Civil  interface
  • To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects
  • To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing MEPF  work at all stages
  • Prepare, check and approve required field reports pertaining to project
  • To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any
  • To check the stacking and storage of materials in various warehouses and stores of the site with neatness
  • To coordinate testing of equipment wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to
  • To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work
