National Framework Administrator

The Faithful+Gould Nottingham Office have a requirement for a strong administrator to support the National Supply Chain and Performance Management Team.

This team is responsible for managing the supply chain and performance monitoring to meet client’s expectations on our national framework contracts. The number of national frameworks won by F+G continues to increase and each one of these has its own unique performance and social value requirements. It is a busy team that needs additional resource. The Administrator will have some defined responsibilities (below) but will find that the role develops over-time.


Key responsibilities will be as follows:

Performance Compliance reporting:
The Administrator will monitor and manage the performance compliance reporting on Insight (our in-house database monitoring tool) to ensure the F+G Regional Teams complete the required performance information and will ensure that timely KPI data, contractual information and customer satisfaction feedback is uploaded onto Insight and will report any non-compliance.

Performance Reporting to internal staff and external clients/framework providers:
The Administrator will assist in compiling and reporting performance data from Insight and other systems on a regular basis. Information will need to be professionally presented to provide performance reports to internal staff, external clients, suppliers and framework providers.

Supplier Chain Support:
The Administrator will be responsible for continually updating the F+G Sub-consultancy Approved list. This will include adding new sub-consultants and requesting insurance and financial reports. As part of this role you will be required to arrange supplier review meetings and “Meet the Buyer” events. This will involve liaising between F+G Supply Chain Manager, local representatives and Suppliers to agree dates and send invitations.

Social Value reporting:
Additional support is required to assist in recording and reporting on Community Social Value (CSV) objectives against projects being delivered and internal CSR activity. This activity will include recording outcomes and outputs to internal staff, external clients and framework providers on a regular basis.

Ideal candidates will be strong administrators, with proficient Excel skills, with at least a Grade C in Maths and English at GCSE and ideally some kind of background or prior experience working in a Supply Chain and/or Performance Team (or with knowledge of Supplier Management and Supplier Performance metrics).

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Administer the KPI system (Insight) and performance trackers;
• Ensure the performance data and contractual information is regular updated by the project teams;
• Provide support and advice to project managers on using the Insight system;
• Report on non-compliance;
• Own the Delivery Agreement tracker and drive compliance;
• Produce monthly and weekly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports;
• Provide management information from Insight system to the Performance Manager;
• Supporting the Supply Chain Manager with sub-consultancy assessments;
• Administer the supply chain tracker;
• Coordinate audit meetings with clients and the supply chain;
• Support internal bidding and marketing teams with performance and supply chain data;
• Administer Community Social Value recording and reporting;
• Support the administration of the National Framework SharePoint site;
• Support the fortnightly National Framework Conference calls, takes minutes and distributes actions as required;
• Provide general support to the National Framework Management team
• Positively represent the organisation and in many cases, being the first point of contact for colleagues, customers and suppliers;
• Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls and taking and relaying clear and concise messages;
• Sorting, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing relevant documents; adhering to the organisations professional standards (Business Management System);
• Arranging UK and overseas travel and accommodation as required;
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and associated requirements including refreshment and equipment needs.
