To help realise our ambitious growth plans in the Corporate Real Estate/Workplace sector, Faithful+Gould is looking for an equally ambitious, and respected, Project Manager with strong and proven project delivery and programme/portfolio experience in the sector. The successful candidate will head up the Corporate Real Estate/Workplace sector for us in London working closely with the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and London PM Director. They will play a leading role in growing one of our strategic sectors and increasing our market share in London.

Based in our London office and reporting to the PM Director, you will contribute to the business plan for the PM team and London region. You will drive business/revenue growth, manage and plan resources, manage key client accounts, lead innovation, and foster a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead for the CRE/Workplace sector in London
• Working closely with the PM Director and Global Head of Corporate Real Estate, grow our market share in the sector by maximising opportunities with existing clients and bringing new clients to the business
• Management of resources and workload planning, financial performance, quality assurance and business development
• Commercial management and governance on our projects contributing to business performance
• Support in meeting/exceeding KPIs and targets set for the business
• Identify strategic targets for the CRE/Workplace sector plan and steward the delivery of the plan
• Set and maintain excellent service delivery standards and a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure we have the highest quality marketing collateral to support bids and meetings with prospective clients
• Collaboration with other offices, service streams, sectors and the wider Faithful+Gould/SNC Lavalin business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantage

Requirements

• Member of RICS, or similar qualification
• Possess an extensive network and knowledge of the CRE/Workplace sector in London
• Track record of winning and delivering projects for major Occupiers in London is essential
• Proven experience in a senior level role running a team of Project and Programme Managers
• Programme management experience at Portfolio level. Capable of managing programmes of work and who ideally has relationships with occupiers in London
• Detailed knowledge of our competitors, understand our market differentiators and help to shape them going forward
• Providing a strategic insight and ability to focus our business to take full advantage of an active CRE/Workplace market
• Successful in preparing bids, proposals, and leading teams at interviews

Please note that we will relocate from our current London office in Euston Tower to the Nova North building in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.
