To help realise our ambitious growth plans in the Residential sector, Faithful+Gould is looking for an equally ambitious, and respected, Project Manager with proven project delivery and client account management experience. The successful candidate will head up our PM delivery in the London residential sector working closely with our London Commercial Property lead and UK Head of Residential.

Based in our London office and reporting to the PM Director, you will contribute to the business plan for the PM team and London region. You will drive business/revenue growth in the residential sector, manage and plan resources, manage key client accounts, lead innovation, and foster a collaborative working environment.


• Project Management Lead for the Residential sector in London
• Working closely with the PM Director and Commercial Property team, grow our market share in the sector by maximising opportunities with existing clients and bringing new clients to the business
• Identify strategic targets for the residential sector plan and steward the delivery of the plan
• Set and maintain excellent service delivery standards and a culture of continuous improvement
• Management of resources and workload planning, financial performance, quality assurance and business development
• Commercial management and governance on our projects contributing to positive business performance
• Support in meeting/exceeding KPIs set for the business
• Ensure we have the highest quality marketing collateral to support bids and meetings with prospective clients
• Collaboration with other offices, service streams, sectors and the wider Faithful+Gould/SNC Lavalin business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantage.


• Member of RICS, or similar qualification
• Possess an extensive network and knowledge of the residential sector in London
• Track record of winning and delivering projects for major residential developers in London is essential
• Private Mid-Market Sale/PRS apartments, with medium to high rise experience. Also, office to residential conversion experience would be preferable
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Design for Manufacture & Assembly
• Proven experience in a senior level role running a team of Project Managers
• Detailed knowledge of our competitors, understand our market differentiators and help to shape them going forward
• Provide a strategic insight and ability to focus our business to take full advantage of an active residential market
• Successful in preparing bids, proposals, and leading teams at interviews

Please note that we will relocate from our current London office in Euston Tower to the Nova North building in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.
