PMC Team Leader

Position: PMC Team Leader        

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable based on project requirement) on Single Status

Minimum requirement criteria:-

Total Work Experience: 20 years + Offshore Oil & Gas Sector: 15 years + Similar position in PMC Org.: 4 years

Minimum Qualification: B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably with advanced degree in Business Administration or Project/ Program Management.

Core Responsibilities:

•        This person will be responsible for monitoring and verifying full compliance of Project Contractors with their performance obligations, and in case of deficient performance or breach of contract by Project Contractors, provide timely advice to COMPANY authorities regarding the exercise of available contractual remedies or any other mitigation measures.

•        This person will have the capability and expertise for monitoring, verifying and facilitating the development of all project works in terms of scope, schedule, price, quality, HSE and integrity requirements. He/she should also possess high professional competence and management skills to motivate the PMC team to achieve high quality performance during the project execution.

•        He/she should possess coordination/communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
