Project Lead( Transportation) - Intelligent Mobility and Smart Technologies

  1. Bristol
TR-002738

This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...

We're looking for an experienced project manager who has an appetite for growth. Your core skills will include technical project delivery and strength in client relationships. As soon as you solve one complex conundrum, you'll move onto the next; and you like nothing better than being challenged to apply smart technologies in new ways. You are a high-energy natural motivator with a demonstrable aptitude for thinking innovatively and taking risks to challenge the status quo.

With a nurturing, yet commercial, approach to winning and delivering work, you clearly want to succeed - for yourself, for your organisation and for your client. You’re a learner – compelled to make the best of your own and your project team’s abilities and talents as well as to continually build upon them. You can ensure delivery to time and budget both on larger complex projects and portfolios of smaller works. You want to make a real contribution to exciting and industry-leading projects within a forward-thinking organisation. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy finding innovative solutions to existing problems. You have a proven track record in working with UK government organisations, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, or the development and delivery of new technology products.

You don't tackle these challenges alone: you like to engage with others, and especially enjoy encouraging other people to develop and grow. You enjoy explaining complex ideas, helping people to 'get it', and then watch them go on and achieve more. You empower others to pursue new ideas in the way they work.

And overall, you get satisfaction from building relationships, with clients and colleagues alike. You enjoy getting to know people and working out how you can have a positive impact on them — whether that's delivering something that a client needs or discovering a new approach that will change the world of transportation.

Does this sound like you? Can you see yourself in this role? In which case, we'd love you to apply!
