We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to support growth across our Industry and Infrastructure programmes in London and the South East of England.

These are exciting opportunities to be part of a business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality services and a varied portfolio of clients and projects.

Working within integrated client teams, you will use your behavioural skills to share your knowledge/experience and work jointly with our clients and their other supply chain partners to develop/deliver solutions to some of the UK’s most complex project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Purchase Orders are placed on time and in accordance with best practice
• Manage Requisition to Purchase Order Process
• Keep excellent records of external commitments made
• Any other duties commensurate with Procurement activities as identified by the Head of Supply Chain

Requirements

Required/Highly desirable:

• Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order placement process experience
• Contract formatting for Project Leads
• Very good Microsoft Word skills
• IT Skills – good working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Right to work in the UK without restriction
• Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (C.I.P.S.) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• OJEU procurement regulation experience
• UK Rail industry knowledge and / or experience

Desirable
• Relevant experience of delivering in an engineering based Procurement
environment

Please note that we will relocate from our current London office in Euston Tower to the Nova North building in Victoria in the first quarter of 2019.

Security Clearance:

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview
