Procurement Support Specialist
Our Arizona team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have an interest in growing your career in an exciting field, we would like to speak with you! The Procurement support specialist is responsible for providing support to Faithful+Gould's project managers, tracking correspondence, updating the procurement status on a weekly basis, supporting RFP's, and assisting in the preparation of contracts. This is a full time, junior level role with robust benefits. This position is located at our premier client site located in Chandler, AZ. Local candidates only please.

Responsibilities
-Soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts
-Analyzing, negotiating, and setting claims and proposals
-Planning, establishing, or reviewing contracts, programs, policies, or procedures
-Continuity of correspondence between the contractor and client for all commercial matters
-Track and manage the contract notice log
-Perform cost or price analysis
-Negotiate contract modifications
-Create, track, monitor and ensure the accuracy
-Prepares evaluation of contractors’ capabilities and Requests for Proposals
-Evaluates facts surrounding problem areas, enlists the advice and assistance of others, determines the most appropriate remedial actions, and implements corrective actions through available means
-Assists in contacting contractors for clarifications
-Assist in the preparation of contracts
-Working with the Procurement Manager on identifying specific needs
-Utilize schedules to meet bid negotiation milestones
-Update the procurement status on a weekly basis and provide weekly updates to senior leadership
