PURPOSE OF JOB

• To provide and coordinate administrative support to the project team


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Carry out general office administration duties and provide secretarial support to the project team

Day to day duties will include:

• Distribution of mail
• Answering the telephone and taking message for project team
• Sending and receiving faxes
• Photocopying and filing
• Replenish stationery
• Typing and filing of project correspondence
• Distribution of incoming correspondence
• Maintenance of correspondence logs
• Arranging of meetings for own and client team
• Administration of car parking, meeting area, projector bookings
• Administration using CABiNET
• Project Document Control for all disciplines (except design)
• Greet visitors
• Process expenses where required
• To be part of the project support team ensuring an efficient support service to the project team.
