Project Administrator

Our Washington D.C Team is growing! We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support in a variety of tasks in a fast-paced facility consulting division of an international consultancy. The ideal candidate should be motivated and driven to provide the best for the company, client and staff, is highly organized and client facing This is an internal Faithful+Gould Position with robust employee benefits. Responsibilities

-Management of project schedules

-Coordination of task orders

-Non-technical quality control review of reports prior to client submittal

-Support of the financial management of project

-Process, review, and track, general ledger posting for multiple projects

-Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents

-Organize and coordinate meetings as needed

-Continuous professional communication with clarity, tact and courtesy with all stakeholders including clients

Requirements

- Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordinator experience required, with experience in one of the following functional areas: construction project management, facilities assessments, engineering, and commercial construction

-FCA/CSA experience preferred

-Working knowledge of general project processes (scope, cost, schedule, communication, risk, etc).

- Excellent utilization of t Information Technology in the performance of work including Microsoft Office Suite
