Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Project Manager through data entry, analysis and problem-solving for work planning and control. Responsibilities
-Provides project-related analysis and coordination on projects
-Works with applied project management activities and methodologies
-Assists the manager in creating and administering project execution plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
-Assists the manager on day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope including project monitoring and controls during the project lifecycle
-Assists in collecting and analyzing key project data on a weekly basis, and assists the manager on associate required reporting
-May follow up with project consultants, as directed, regarding questions to their invoice
-Attends project meetings, and assists in producing and circulating agendas and meeting minutes
-Assists in appropriate filling of completed and signed project legal documents
-Assists the manager in tracking and updating the project budget and schedule
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
-or High School Diploma plus 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-Ability to apply knowledge of industry standard project management activities
-Knowledge of applied project management activities/methodologies
-Working knowledge of project cost and schedule desired
-Must have good analytical ability and technical skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with project managers and subconsultants
