Project Management Coordinator
This position will be responsible for overall organizational planning and controlling of
operational and organizational project management activities, according to instructions from
the Project Lead. This person will require interaction with client’s internal customers, as
well as suppliers and contractors on the international and local levels. This is a full time Faithful+Gould position with robust benefits that will support one of our most prestigious Automotive Clients located in Greer, SC. -Tracking of deliverables (e.g. availability and quality of Tools & Fixtures)
- Reporting in Excel (Pivot) out of several system (ZMD, SAP, SharePoint, …)
-Preparation and maintenance of the project server (SharePoint)
-Mapping and maintenance of the project organizational chart
-Serving as contact person for all project parties regarding organizational topics within the project
-Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint)
-Maintenance of open points (LOP)
-Preparation of templates
-Support of project planning (i.e., steers various lists, organizes updates to
existing documents, etc.)
-Set up and coordination of meetings, as needed
-Organization and moderation of workshops, as needed
-Proxy and support of Project Leader and QPP’s

-Minimum 2-year Associate’s Degree
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
-Project Management experience or similar (minimum of 5 years of field experience)
-Excellent and professional organization, written and oral communication skills
-Attention to details with the ability to organize, plan and prioritize workloads
-Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and independently
-Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to successfully present in status and performance review meetings to ensure
projects are on track, within cost, and quality is in compliance with the plan
-Strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently
-Flexibility in work hours:
o Weekends, shutdowns, holidays, and/or nights may be required to oversee and
realize this project
-Preferred: German language skills
-Preferred: 4-year degree in Business Management or similar
-Preferred: PMP Certification or similar.
